Week 12 in the NFL is coming up and the playoff picture is starting to shape up. Right now in the AFC the Broncos, Colts, Bengals, and Patriots lead their divisions, but some teams are not far behind. The two wild card spots are currently held by the Chiefs, and the Dolphins and Jets are tied for the second spot. However, there are many teams that are 4-6 right behind the 5-5 Dolphins and Jets. My prediction is the Pittsburgh Steelers will win the second wild card spot. The Steelers will go to Cleveland this Sunday to take on the Browns in a classic rivalry, and for once, the game actually means something to both sides. This game will have a big effect on the playoff picture, at least for the time being.
In the NFC the front runners to win their divisions’ are the Eagles, Lions and Bears, Saints, and Seahawks. However, things are much more close in the NFC with the Cowboys, Packers, and Panthers only 1 game behind their division leaders. The wild card spots are currently held by the Panthers, and the 49ers and Cardinals are tied for the second spot.
