NFL free agency begins today, March 11, and there are some big names on the market. Michael Bennett, Louis Delmas, and Michael Johnson have already been taken off of the list, but there are still many good players who are ready to find another home. Possibly the biggest defensive back up for grabs is former Buffalo safety Jairus Byrd. Byrd is a 3-time pro-bowler and an all around ball hawk, however he may be a little too expensive. This leaves the door open for former Browns safety TJ Ward to be the guy that everyone goes after. Coming off of his first pro-bowl season, Ward is slightly less expensive, young, and has great skills. Other defensive players that will probably make a big splash are Darrelle Revis, LaMarr Houston, Jared Allen, LaMarr Woodley, Karlos Dansby, Perry Riley, and Donte Whitner. On the other hand, there are also some big names on the offensive side of the ball. Golden Tate, Ben Tate, Branden Albert, Andre Roberts, Chris Johnson, Santonio Holmes, Michael Bush, Maurice Jones-Drew, Eugene Monroe, Jared Veldheer, James Jones, Josh McCown , Matt Schaub, Michael Vick, and Roger Saffold are all on the market. The obvious question is, where will all of these players end up? Well, teams cannot sign free agents until at earliest 4p.m. Therefore, if you want to see who your favorite team adds to their roster, sit tight and watch the free agency unfold!
